AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A USE PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT WITH EVEREST
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CORPORATION (EESC), TO INSTALL
ONE MONITOR WELL WITHIN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ONE
MONITOR WELL ON CITY PROPERTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a Use
Privilege Agreement with Everest Environmental Services Corporation (EESC), to install one
monitor well within City right-of-way and one monitor on City property. A copy of the Use
Privilege Agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
