CANCELLING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED DRAINAGE UTILITY
SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 12, 1995.
WHEREAS, the community faces pressing drainage needs; and
WHEREAS, public notice was posted for a public hearing to consider a proposed ordinance
to create a drainage utility to meet such needs; and
WHEREAS, whereas preliminary public hearings have shown the need for additional
information and study before the Council considers creation of a drainage utility..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The public hearing scheduled for September 12, 1995, is cancelled.
