AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A FIVE YEAR LEASE, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR
AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEARS, WITH BANK OF AMERICA TEXAS, N.A.,
TO PROVIDE ATM SERVICE AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR $1,000 OR 75% OF GROSS PROFIT
PER MONTH, WHICHEVER IS GREATER; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a five
year lease, with the option to renew for an additional five (5) years upon the City Manager's
approval and that of an authorized representative of Bank of America Texas, N.A., with Bank of
America Texas, N.A. to provide ATM service at the Corpus Christi International Airport for $1,000
or 75% of gross profits per month, whichever is greater. A copy of the Lease is on file with the City
Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
