APPROPRIATING $1,393,171 FROM INTEREST EARNINGS IN THE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
THESE FUNDS INTO THE GENERAL DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR THE
ANNUAL DEBT SERVICE PAYMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $1,393,171 from interest earnings in the Capital Improvement Fund is
hereby appropriated, and authorizing transfer of these funds into the General Debt Service Fund for
the annual debt service payment.
