AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A FIVE YEAR USE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWESTERN
BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY TO PROVIDE PAY PHONE SERVICE TO
VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES FOR A 22% COMMISSION, WITH THE
OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR TERMS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a five
year Use Agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company to provide pay phone service to
various city facilities for a 22% commission, with the option to extend for additional one year terms.
A copy of the Use Agreement, including Exhibits A and B, is on file with the City Secretary.
