AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI MODEL
RAILROAD CLUB, INC. ("CLUB") FOR THE USE OF CITY PROPERTY
AT 821 LOUISIANA BLVD. FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES IN
CONSIDERATION OF CLUB MAINTAINING THE FACILITY AND
ASSIGNED GROUNDS AND OPENING THE FACILITY TO THE PUBLIC;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a five-
year lease with the Corpus Christi Model Railroad Club, Inc. ("Club") for the use of City property
at 821 Louisiana Blvd. for recreational purposes in consideration of Club maintaining the facility
and assigned grounds and opening the facility to the public.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
