DETERMINING THAT THE SCOPE OF THE 1986 BOND PROGRAM
APPROVED BY THE VOTERS WILL BE MET WITH THE ISSUANCE OF
$9,385,000 IN GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS DURING THE 1995-96
FISCAL YEAR; AND DECLARING THAT THE ISSUANCE OF $7,430,000
OF THE $105 MILLION AUTHORIZATION IS NO LONGER NECESSARY.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: That it is hereby determined that the scope of the 1986 Bond Program
approved by the voters will be met with the issuance of $9,385,000 in general obligation bonds
during the 1995-96 Fiscal Year; and declaring that the issuance of $7,430,000 of the $105 million
authorization is no longer necessary.
