AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BEACH BOAT RENTALS, INC.
FOR A SLOW -MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT OPERATION AT
CONCESSION SITE E ON PEOPLE'S STREET T -HEAD, THROUGH
FEBRUARY 15, 1997 WITH A ONE-YEAR OPTION TO RENEW, FOR A
RENTAL FEE OF $8,800.00 A YEAR WITH AN INCREASE OF 10
PERCENT AT THE TIME OF RENEWAL; AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a lease
agreement with Beach Boat Rentals, Inc. for a slow -motorized watercraft operation at Concession
Site E on People's Street T -Head, through February 15, 1997, with a one-year option to renew, for
a rental fee of $8,800.00 a year with an increase of 10 percent at the time of renewal.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
