AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A TWENTY YEAR LEASE WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI
BALLET FOR CITY OWNED PROPERTY CONSISTING OF THE SID
RICHARDSON HOUSE (LOTS 5, AND 6, BLOCK 69, BEACH ADDITION),
FOR ADVANCEMENT OF BALLET; IN CONSIDERATION OF $100 PER
MONTH, REHABILITATING THE SID RICHARDSON BUILDING, AND
MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a
twenty (20) year lease with The Corpus Christi Ballet for City owned property consisting of the Sid
Richardson Building (Lots 5, and 6, Block 69, Beach Addition, for advancement of ballet; in
consideration of $100.00 per month, rehabilitating the Sid Richardson Building, and maintaining the
property.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
