AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A TEN YEAR LEASE WITH HARBOR PLAYHOUSE, INC. FOR
CITY OWNED PROPERTY CONSISTING OF THE ENTIRE NORTHWEST
WAREHOUSE OF APPROXIMATELY 5000 -SQUARE FEET (LOTS 2, 3, 4,
5, AND 6, BLOCK 78, BEACH ADDITION), FOR WAREHOUSE
PURPOSES; IN CONSIDERATION OF $50.00 PER MONTH; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a ten
(10) year lease with Harbor Playhouse, Inc. for City owned property consisting of the entire
northwest warehouse of approximately 5000 -square feet (Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 78, Beach
Addition, for warehouse purposes; in consideration of $50.00 per month.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
