HomeMy WebLinkAbout022534 ORD - 04/09/1996AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A 20.7 -SQUARE FOOT AREA OF A 7.5 - FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 9, BLOCK 2, WOOD RIVER - UNIT 10; SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS; AND THE OWNER REPLATTING THE PROPERTY WITHIN 180 DAYS AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. WHEREAS, there exists a 20.7 -square foot area of a 7.5 -foot wide utility easement in Lot 9, Block 2, Wood River - Unit 10, shown by plat recorded in Volume 55, Pages 172-173, of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas. as depicted on the attached Exhibit A, incorporated herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI: SECTION 1.
