TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER 106845
RELEASING THE EASEMENT ON LOT 5 AND
QUITCLAIMING LOTS 2, 3, AND 4 TO THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI FOR THE GATEWAY PROJECT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi accept the provisions contained in Minute
Order 106845 passed by the Texas Transportation Commission on May 30, 1996 for the
improvement by the Texas Department of Transportation of the City of Corpus Christi Gateway
Project.
MOTION was made by and seconded
by that the City of Corpus Christi adopt the
Resolution to accept the provisions contained in Minute Order 106845 passed by the Texas
Transportation Commission on May 30, 1996 for the improvement by the Texas Department of
Transportation of the City of Corpus Christi Gateway Project.
