AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 53 -TRAFFIC,
SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIME
ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY RESTRICTING CURBSIDE PARKING AT
ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF McKINZIE ROAD, BETWEEN
McKINZIE LANE AND A POINT APPROXIMATELY 375 -FEET SOUTH OF
H WEN DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING
FOR PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, Section 53-252, Schedule
III, is hereby amended by adding the following section:
McKinzie Road:
both sides, between McKinzie Lane and a point approximately 375 -feet south of Haven
Drive.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. A violation of these parking restrictions may result in a citation being issued
and a fine being assessed.
