AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A ONE YEAR LEASE WITH ERA AVIATION, INC. TO
PROVIDE HELICOPTER SERVICES IN THE PROVIDED 300 SQ. FT. OF
HANGAR ONE AT $450 PER MONTH PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $100 PER
MONTH PER BASED AIRCRAFT FOR APRON FEE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a one
(1) year lease with ERA Aviation, Inc. to provide helicopter services in the provided 300 sq. ft. of
Hangar One at $450 per month plus an additional $100 per month per based aircraft for apron fee.
A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
