AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE
III, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY
PROHIBITING CURBSIDE PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES
OF: OLD BROWNSVILLE ROAD (F.M. 665) -BETWEEN PADRE ISLAND
DRIVE AND AIRPORT ROAD, AND HOLLY ROAD -BETWEEN THE
CROSSTOWN EXPRESSWAY (S.H. 286) AND EVERHART ROAD;
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, Section 53-252, Schedule
III , is hereby amended by prohibiting curbside parking at all times on the following street sections:
Old Brownsville Road (F.M. 665):
Both sides, between Padre Island Drive and Airport Road; and
Holly Road:
Both sides, between the Crosstown Expressway (S.H. 286) and Everhart Road.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. A violation of such curbside parking may result in a citation being issued and
a fine being assessed.
