APPROPRIATING $54,332.40 TO THE STORM SEWER
BOND FUND 295-601-608.42; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
The City Council has authorized the Acting City Manager or his designee to sign an
Agreement Concerning a Drainage Box Installation at Greenwood Drive near Holly Road in
Corpus Christi. The agreement requires South Padre Island Investment Co., Inc. to pay the city
$54,332.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated $54,332.40 to the Storm Sewer Bond Fund 295 -601 -
608.42.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy
attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the
efficient and effective administration of city affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances
at two regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as
an emergency measure this the 10 day of j»9G.
