AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER
53-252, SCHEDULE III -- PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN STREETS, BY PROHIBITING CURBSIDE PARKING ON THE
FOLLOWING SECTIONS OF WALDRON ROAD AT ALL TIMES;
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, Chapter 53-252,
Schedule III, is hereby amended by:
Deleting the following sections:
Waldron Road, east side, from Purdue Street to Glenoak Street.
Waldron Road, west side, from a point 1,745 -feet south of Purdue Street to Glenoak Street
And in lieu thereof adding:
Waldron Road, both sides, from Fawn Drive to Glenoak Street.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. A violation of these parking prohibitions may result in a citation being issued
and a fine being assessed.
