AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE NO.
DTFA07-97-L-01062 BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION (FAA), ADDING REMOTE TRANSMITTER SITE
NO. 1 IDENTIFIED IN LEASE NO. DTFA07-83-L-01065 TO THIS LEASE
AND CANCELING LEASE NO. DTFA07-93-L-1098, IN CONSIDERATION
OF FAA OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL
TOWER AT THE AIRPORT; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Lease No. DTFA07-97-L-01062 between the City of Corpus
Christi and the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), adding
Remote Transmitter Site No. 1, identified in Lease No. DTFA07-83-L-1065 to this lease and
canceling Lease No. DTFA07-93-L-1098, in consideration of FAA operating and maintaining the
Air Traffic Control Tower at the Airport. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
