AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A
FIVE-YEAR LEASE WITH THE JOHNSON'S SURVIVOR TRUST, LEO E.
JOHNSON, TRUSTEE, FOR APPROXIMATELY 3540 SQUARE FEET OF
SUBMERGED LAND ADJACENT TO LOT 2, BLOCK G, BROOKLYN
ADDITION, IN CONSIDERATION OF PAYMENT OF THE GREATER OF
$200 PER MONTH OR 1% OF MONTHLY GROSS SALES; PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a five-year lease
with the Johnson's Survivor Trust, Leo E. Johnson, Trustee, for approximately 3540 square feet of
submerged land adjacent to Lot 2, Block G, Brooklyn Addition, in consideration of payment of the
greater of $200 per month or 1% of monthly Gross Sales.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
