DENYING CONSENT TO THE OPERATION OF A CORRECTIONAL OR
REHABILITATION FACILITY AT THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF
ROUTE 3 BOX 460 SARATOGA BOULEVARD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Local Government Code 244.004, after public hearing, the City
Council determines that the operation of a correctional or rehabilitation facility at the proposed
location of Route 3 Box 460 Saratoga Boulevard is not in the best interest of the City.
