AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A ONE YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BUCCANEER
LITTLE LEAGUE TO SUBLEASE THE CLARA DRISCOLL FIELD FROM
THE CITY AND IN CONSIDERATION OF BUCCANEER LITTLE LEAGUE
MAINTAINING THE PREMISES AND IMPROVEMENTS AND
OPERATING ITS BASEBALL PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a one year
lease agreement with Buccaneer Little League to sublease the Clara Driscoll Field from the City and
in consideration of Buccaneer Little League maintaining the premises and improvements and
operating its baseball program, a copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
