AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A
TEN-YEAR LEASE WITH SOUTHSIDE YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX, INC.
FOR 7 ACRES AT PRICE PARK IN CONSIDERATION OF SOUTHSIDE
YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX, INC. MAINTAINING THE PREMISES AND
IMPROVEMENTS AND OPERATING A PONY BASEBALL PROGRAM;
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a ten-year lease
with Southside Youth Sports Complex, Inc. for 7 acres at Price Park in consideration of Southside
Youth Sports Complex, Inc. maintaining the Premises and improvements and operating a Pony
Baseball Program.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
