AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY
PROHIBITING CURBSIDE PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF
GREENWOOD DRIVE BETWEEN SOUTH PADRE ISLAND DRIVE AND
SARATOGA BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND
PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, Section 53-252, Schedule
III, is hereby amended by prohibiting curbside parking at all times on the following street sections:
Greenwood Drive:
Both sides, between South Padre Island Drive (S.H. 358) to Saratoga Boulevard (S.H. 357).
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. A violation of such curbside parking may result in a citation being issued and
a fine being assessed.
