AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE VIOLET WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Water
Distribution System Purchase Agreement with the Violet Water Supply Corporation. A copy of
the executed contract shall be filed with the City Secretary.

That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
the 21st Day of April, 1998, by the following vote:
