AN ORDINANCE

AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH NUECES COUNTY
RELATING TO WATER SERVICE TO SUBURBAN ACRES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Nueces County relating to water service to the Suburban Acres subdivision,
located in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction. A copy of the executed contract shall be filed
with the City Secretary.
