AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A AND M
UNIVERSITY -- CORPUS CHRISTI, IN THE AMOUNT OF $70,000, FOR AIR
QUALITY PLANNING ACTIVITIES IN NUECES AND SAN PATRICIO
COUNTIES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with the Texas A & M University -- Corpus Christi, in the amount of $ 70,000, for air
quality planning activities in Nueces and San Patricio Counties.
