AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A
TEN-YEAR LEASE WITH NORTHWEST YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE
FOR 16.71 ACRES OF CITY/COUNTY PROPERTY IN CONSIDERATION
OF NORTHWEST YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE MAINTAINING THE
PREMISES AND IMPROVEMENTS AND OPERATING A YOUTH
FOOTBALL PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a ten-year lease
with Northwest Youth Football League for 16.71 acres of City/County Property in consideration of
Northwest Youth Football League maintaining the Premises and improvements and operating a
youth football Program.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
