AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO APPLY
FOR AND EXECUTE A LANDSCAPE COST SHARING AGREEMENT
WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ("TXDOT")
TO SHARE 50% OF THE COST FOR A JOINT LANDSCAPE
BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT OF THE COMMON AREA AND PARKING
AREA UNDER THE CROSSTOWN EXPRESSWAY BRIDGE (HWY. 286)
BETWEEN AGNES STREET AND LAREDO STREET.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to apply for and execute a
Landscape Cost Sharing Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation ("TXDOT") to
share 50% of the cost for a joint landscape beautification project of the common area and parking
area under the Crosstown Expressway Bridge (Hwy. 286) between Agnes Street and Laredo Street.
