APPROPRIATING $250,000 FROM PAVING ASSESSMENT REVENUES IN
THE NO. 220 STREET CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND; TRANSFERRING
$250,000 TO AND APPROPRIATING IT IN THE NO. 300 GENERAL
OBLIGATION DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR THE ANNUAL DEBT SERVICE
PAYMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $250,000 is appropriated from paving assessment revenues in the No.
220 Street Capital Projects Fund.
SECTION 2. That $250,000 is transferred to and appropriated in the No. 300 General
Obligation Debt Service Fund for the annual debt service payment.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy
attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at
two regular meetings so that ordinance i .assed and shall take effect upon first reading as an
emergency measure this the

requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not
been appropriated for any other purpose:
