AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
CHAPTER 53 - TRAFFIC, ARTICLE VIII, SCHEDULE I, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS, SECTION (A-1) SCHOOL AREAS, BY
ESTABLISHING A ONE-WAY TRAFFIC PATTERN ON NORTH
ALAMEDA STREET IN THE DIRECTION OF COMANCHE STREET TO
LIPAN STREET DURING THE SCHOOL HOURS OF CENTRAL
CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read
as follows:
ARTICLE VIII. Schedule I - One -Way Streets and Alleys
Section 53-250 (a-1)

SECTION 2. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word
or provision of this resolution shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court
of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause,
phrases, word or provision of this resolution. It is the definite intent of this City Council that every
section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision hereof be given full force and
effect for its purpose.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
