AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A
TEN-YEAR LEASE, WITH A TEN-YEAR OPTION TO RENEW, WITH
NUECES COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY (NCCAA) FOR LOTS
20 AND 21, BLOCK 4, GULFWAY-AIRLINE PARK, UNIT 1 IN
CONSIDERATION OF NCCAA OPERATING A HEADSTART PROGRAM
FOR ELIGIBLE CITIZENS OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND MAINTAINING
THE PREMISES AND IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a ten-year lease,
with a ten-year option to renew, with Nueces County Community Action Agency (NCCAA) for Lots
20 and 21, Block 4, Gulfway-Airline Park, Unit 1 in consideration of NCCAA operating a Headstart
program for eligible citizens of corpus christi and maintaining the premises and improvements.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
