AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M
UNIVERSITY -CORPUS CHRISTI TO DEVELOP, DESIGN, AND
IMPLEMENT A GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM THAT
CATALOGS EXISTING PIER STRUCTURES ON LAKE CORPUS
CHRISTI.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Texas A&M University -Corpus Christi to develop, design, and implement a
Geographic Information System that catalogs existing pier structures on Lake Corpus Christi.
