AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT (CCISD) ALLOWING CCISD STUDENTS TO TRAIN ON
EMS AMBULANCES.
WHEREAS, on November 9, 1998 the CCISD School Board authorized an Interlocal
Agreement that allowed CCISD students to get the necessary training to get EMT -B certification
by training on the City of Corpus Christi EMS ambulances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with CCISD, a substantial copy of which is attached and incorporated as Exhibit "A".
