AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COASTAL BEND COUNCIL
OF GOVERNMENTS THAT PROVIDES A GRANT OF $10,000 FOR
PURCHASE OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an interlocal cooperation agreement with
the Coastal Bend Council of Governments that provides a grant of $10,000 for the purchase of video
surveillance equipment for use in the City's law enforcement efforts aimed at reducing illegal
dumping and improper solid waste disposal.
