AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COASTAL BEND COUNCIL
OF GOVERNMENTS THAT PROVIDES A GRANT OF $30,600 FOR
PURCHASE OF A MULCH TOP DRESSER AND TRACTOR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an interlocal cooperation agreement with
the Coastal Bend Council of Governments that provides a grant of $30,600 for the purchase a mulch
top dresser and tractor to spread mulch produced by the City's composting operations on City parks
and other City lands.
