AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT (CCISD) TO EXECUTE A NINE MONTH AGREEMENT TO
OPERATE A LATCHKEY PROGRAM ON DESIGNATED CCISD CAMPUSES.
WHEREAS, on October 26, 1998 the CCISD School Board authorized an Interlocal
Agreement that authorized CCISD to execute a nine month agreement with the City of Corpus
Christi for the City to operate a Latchkey Program on designated CCISD campuses, with each
party providing items necessary to operate the program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with CCISD, a substantial copy of which is on file with the City Secretary.
