HomeMy WebLinkAbout023523 ORD - 01/12/1999AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN ASSIGNMENT, WHICH ASSIGNS THE ADVERTISING SERVICES USE PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT, APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 023198 ON JANUARY 20, 1998 BETWEEN ACKERLY AIRPORT ADVERTISING, INC./AK MEDIA/AIRPORT "ACKERLY" AND THE CITY, TO SKY SITES, INC., ON THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THE USE PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Assignment, which assigns the Advertising Services Use Privilege Agreement, approved by Ordinance No. 023198 on January 20, 1998 between Ackerly Airport Advertising, Inc./AK Media/Airport and the City, to Sky Sites, Inc., on the same terms and conditions set out in the Use Privilege Agreement. SECTION 2.
