BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the No. 895 Commercial Paper-Stormwater-CIP Fund appropriation from the sale of commerical paper is increased by $870,000 to $2,800,000 to fund various eligible stormwater projects on the FY97-98 and FY 98-99 Capital Improvements Project Lists. SECTION 2. That the No. 805 Commercial Paper-Water-CIP Fund appropriation from the sale of commerical paper is increased by $4,230,00 to $25,530,000 to fund various eligible water projects on the FY97-98 and FY 98-99 Capital Improvements Project Lists. SECTION 3. That the No. 850 Commercial Paper-Wastewater-CIP Fund appropriation from the sale of commerical paper is decreased by $5,100,000 to $21,670,000 to fund various eligible wastewater projects on the FY97-98 and FY 98-99 Capital Improvements Project Lists. SECTION 4. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that Qrdinanc:4 s .assed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the ay of -0,i "� - 1999.
