AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION REGARDING CHARGES FOR USE OF CORPUS
CHRISTI SOLID WASTE FACILITIES BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an interlocal cooperation agreement with
the Texas Department of Transportation regarding charges for use of Corpus Christi solid waste
facilities by the Texas Department of Transportation.
