JOHNSTON, WHICH MAY BE ASSIGNED TO ROBERT A. NELSON AND SANDRA R. NELSON UPON ACTUAL CLOSING OF SALE OF THE PROPERTY, TO OCCUPY 414.82 -SQUARE FEET OF THE EXISTING CORDULA STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) WITH AN EXISTING WOODEN PRIVACY FENCE AND A PORTION OF THE POOLSIDE CONCRETE PATIO; ESTABLISHING A FEE OF $400 AS PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST 5 -YEAR LEASE INCREMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a 60 -year Lease with Robert J. and Lois C. Johnston, which may be assigned to Robert A. Nelson and Sandra R. Nelson upon actual Closing of sale of the property, to occupy 414.82 -square feet of the existing Cordula Street right-of-way (ROW) with an existing wooden privacy fence and a portion of the poolside concrete patio. A copy of the Lease Contract is on file with the City Secretary. SECTION 2. That Robert J. and Lois C. Johnston pay consideration of $400.00 for the first 5 -year lease increment, with additional 5 -year increments adjusted by the CPI, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Lease. SECTION 3. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
