APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE
COASTAL BEND BAYS & ESTUARIES PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council approves the Interlocal Agreement establishing the
Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program and authorizes the City Manager is authorized
to execute the agreement.
