AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
COASTAL BEND COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, DATED JANUARY 13,
1998, RELATING TO CBCOG GRANT NO. 98-20-G08.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an amendment to the interlocal
cooperation agreement with the Coastal Bend Council of Governments, dated January 13, 1998,
relating to CBCOG Grant No. 98-20-G08.
