AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
(AUTHORITY) FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE
SUPPLEMENTAL POLICE SERVICES TO THE AUTHORITY ON
A VOLUNTARY OVERTIME BASIS, FOR UP TO TWO YEARS, AT
THE AUTHORITY'S EXPENSE NOT TO EXCEED 5110,010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Corpus Christi (Authority) for the Police
Department to provide supplemental police services to the Authority on a voluntary overtime basis,
for up to two years, at the Authority's expense not to exceed $110,010.
