APPROPRIATING $70,000 FROM THE LESSEE, PATRICIA JANE STUBBS,
IN THE NO. 4700 MARINA FUND TO PARTIALLY FUND
CONSTRUCTION OF THE COOPER'S ALLEY L -HEAD BAIT STAND;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 023702, WHICH ADOPTED THE FY99-00
BUDGET, BY ADDING $70,000 TO THE NO. 4700 MARINA FUND; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI:
SECTION 1. That $70,000 is appropriated in the No. 4700 Marina Fund from the Lessee,
Patricia Jane Stubbs, to partially fund construction of the Cooper's Alley L -Head Bait Stand.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 023702, which adopted the FY 99-00 budget, is amended
by adding $70,000 to the No. 4700 Marina Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy
attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances
at three regular meetings so that thisnance is pa ed1 and shall take effect n first reading
as an emergency measure this the Iyr nay of
