AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE NUECES COUNTY
COMMISSIONER'S COURT TO PROVIDE BRUSH COLLECTION
SERVICES IN CONSIDERATION FOR USE OF THE CITY'S CHIPPER AT
A COUNTY SITE OR OTHER MUTUALLY AGREED UPON
COMPARABLY VALUED SERVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with the Nueces County Commissioner's Court for the County to provide Brush
Collection Services to the City in consideration for the use of a City owned chipper moved to a
designated County site, or such other comparably valued services as the City Manager and County
Representative mutually agree upon.
