AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE CITY'S STORM WATER
TPDES PERMIT APPLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to sign the City's application to the Texas Resource
Conservation Commission for a municipal separate storm water sewer system Texas Pollution
Discharge Elimination System permit to replace the expiring National Pollution Discharge
Elimination System permit, issued by U. S. Environmental Protection Agency Region VI.
