AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN ADVANCED FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH
THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN
THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF 51,057,178.37 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AND
UTILITY EXTENSIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
LEOPARD STREET PHASE 1 & 2 - MCKINZIE TO REHFELD
ROAD PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an advanced Funding
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation in the estimated amount of $1,057,178.37
for the construction of Roadway Improvements and Utility Extensions assocated with the Leopard
Street Phase 1 & 2 - McKinzie to Rehfeld Road Project.
