HomeMy WebLinkAbout023903 ORD - 01/11/2000ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,968.80 IN ACCRUED INTEREST FROM THE TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION RIDER 17 FUNDING IN THE NO. 1050 FEDERAL/STATE GRANTS FUND FOR AIR QUALITY RESEARCH AND PLANNING; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRIST1, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $8,968.80 in accrued interest from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission Rider 17 Funding is appropriated in the No. 1050 Federal/State Grants Fund for air quality research and planning. SECTION 2.
