AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH NUECES
COUNTY TO PROVIDE AN ON-DUTY CITY OF CORPUS
CHRIST1 POLICE OFFICER TO BE A YOUTH
OPPORTUNITIES UNITED (YOU) SITE COORDINATOR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Nueces County to provide an on-duty City of Corpus Christi police officer to be a
Youth Opportunities United (YOU) site coordinator.
