APPROVING THE TERMS OF A LOAN FROM THE STATE
INFRASTRUCTURE BANK FOR $4,000,000 TO FUND THE
CITY'S SHARE OF THE JFK CAUSEWAY PROJECT;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE,
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Approving the terms of a loan from the State Infrastructure Bank for
$4,000,000 to fund the City's share of the JFK Causeway project.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute the necessary
documents.
